Is the price per person or per car ?

The prices shown are always per car, not per person.


Is the price FIXED and FULLY INCLUSIVE ? Are there any extra charges to pay ?

According to our policy we have fixed prices, without hidden charges and no extra charges are applied for diversions due to traffic jams.

Will I have to tip the driver ?

Tip is not mandatory, however, if you would like to tip the driver, you are welcome to do so.





How can I change my booking ? (scheduled pick-up time, add or remove a passenger or luggage...)

You can modify your booking on-line by logging into your account via the 'My Reservations' main menu.


Can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 5 hours before the agreed pickup time anyway until the driver departs for the arranged pickup location. For last minute cancellations and assistance required within 24 hours from your scheduled arrival, for an immediate reaction please call only the local manager at the phone number provided in your reservation confirmation.



Even though I have provided a credit card number on the booking form, the driver has asked me for the payment, why ?

The credit card number provided on the reservation form is used only to secure your booking. The provided card has not been charged, unless you ask explicitly for an advanced payment (be sure that you specify this requirement in the "Comments and instructions" field of the reservation form).


When do I pay for the booked service?

Unless an advanced payment was requested, you will pay directly to your driver. The Credit card supplied on the booking form is used exclusively to secure your reservation, not to pay for the service.


Is it possible to pay the in advance?

Yes, be sure to specify your preference in the "Comments and instructions" field of the booking form.




Where will I meet the driver?

Pick-up information are included in your reservation confirmation. At the airport pick-up usually your driver will wait in the arrival lounge of the airport, holding a sign with your name.


What do I need to do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

In case of severe delays or cancellations is a good rule to advice the local manager at traffic department. Please call or text the number shown on the booking confirmation.


What happens if I cannot find the driver?

You can call or text the local manager at the number shown on the booking confirmation.


How long will the driver wait for me, while I pass the immigration & custom gates?

The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the aircraft's actual landing time. If you get stuck for more time than usual while clearing customs and immigration, collecting luggage or filling-out a lost baggage file, please call or text the local manager at the number shown on your booking confirmation.


Is there the possibility that I will be sharing the car with unknown people?

No, we do not arrange shared transfers.


Are infant or child safety seats available?

Yes, they are available free of charge. Please specify the children's age on the reservation form.




Can I carry large items like wheelchairs, bikes or scuba dive equipment?

We ask you to specify this need on the booking form because you may need a larger car to transport these or other bigger items.
